Refund policy

Please review your order carefully before making your purchase. We always quality check each package to ensure your order is correct. However, if your item is defective or you received the wrong order, please contact hello@alviatelier.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days to hear back from our customer service team.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under exceptional cases. Items must be returned back in brand new condition with item packaging included. If it is visible the item has already been worn or used, a refund will not be offered.  

Refunds are given on the item only and not the shipping fee. No refunds on sale items.

For international customers, we are not responsible for any custom charges. If the item is returned to us, we will refund for the item only, not the shipping fee

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier once they have been shipped. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
